Billing is simple. When you sign up with Tenex SEO, you’ll be charged for your first month of services. Then your next billing won’t be until the following 1st of the month. 

So, if you sign up on Aug 23rd, you’ll be billed your monthly price on Aug 23rd with a September 1st start date and we’ll use that week to prep. Your next charge won’t be until Oct 1st. 

All billing occurs on the 1st of each month. 

If you want to stop working with us, there’s a 30 day notice policy. So, if you decide to stop working with us on February 13th, you’ll still be billed one more time on March 1st and we’ll complete services for March. This is simply because we are always planning ahead and starting on content before the upcoming month. 

Yes, we can help you build backlinks to your website, but it is not a part of our core monthly services.

As a client of ours, we’ll advise you on ways to improve your technical SEO and we’ll implement various aspects of it like helping with your robots.txt, identifying speed issues, internal linking the entire website, identifying pages that can be deleted, helping with Google Search Console errors, etc.
